The OxyGuard Standard Probe – the probe that revolutionised oxygen monitoring.
The probe that you can purchase today is even better than the probe introduced in 1987 that helped revolutionize fish farming and make modern aquaculture the industry it is today.Today’s OxyGuard Standard Probe is hermetically sealed. If needed you can open it to replace the membrane and renovate it completely, but this should not be needed for many years.
The measurement stability of the OxyGuard Standard Probe is also very high indeed. A probe measuring in air will maintain accuracy even when subjected to a sudden 20 degree celcius temperature change. The sensitivity of a probe measuring in clean air at room temperature will remain the same for at least 3 years. This proves that the OxyGuard probe is not, like some other probes, affected by “ageing”.
OxyGuard believe that the OxyGuard Standard probe is more accurate, needs less attention and maintenance and has a lower total cost of ownership than any other oxygen or dissolved oxygen probe offered to the aquaculture industry today.
*Accessories are shipped with every OxyGuard probe. You will thus be able to change the membrane if you manage to damage it during installation. Otherwise the accessories can be enough for up to 5 years’ use.

The Handy Atmosphere is a hand-held meter designed to measure oxygen in gas. It can be used to measure the low oxygen content of packaging gas, the oxygen content of the air and the purity of oxygen gas from oxygen generators and the like.
DescriptionThe OxyGuard Handy Atmosphere is a hand-held meter designed to measure oxygen in gas. It can be used to measure the low oxygen content of packaging gas, the oxygen content of the air and the purity of oxygen gas from oxygen generators and the like. A separate brochure is found for a version designed to measure the oxygen content of the modified atmosphere inside food packages. Signal processing is performed using a microprocessor, which gives a number of advantages. Just as with other Handy instruments you can simply switch on and measure, but the use of microprocessor technology enables measurements to be supported by a range of advanced functions designed to make things even easier for you:
Features
Automatic Calibration
Choice of Language
Oxygen, temperature, barometric pressure.
Automatic self-check
Automatic Probe Check
Barometric Pressure Compensation
Extremely long battery life

The OxyGuard Handy pH is a hand-held, pocket size pH or Redox meter designed for use in demanding, wet environments. The meter itself and the electrode assembly are waterproof. This instrument does not suffer from the classical problems associated with pH meters – the Handy pH is sealed so that water cannot enter the top of the electrode or the electronics. You can drop it into the water without damaging it! In the Handy pH these advantages are combined with microprocessor technology to give an instrument that is exceptionally easy to use.
DescriptionHand-held pH meter for demanding, wet environments The OxyGuard Handy pH is a hand-held, pocket size pH/redox meter designed for use in demanding, wet environments. The meter itself and the electrode assembly are waterproof. This instrument does not suffer from the classical problems associated with pH meters - the Handy pH is sealed so that water cannot enter the top of the electrode or the electronics. You can drop it into the water without damaging it! Tried-and-tested construction uses standard buffer solutions available anywhere. Fixed cable with waterproof cable glands - no connector problems. Electrode assembly with hermetically sealed preamplifier eliminates electrical noise and moisture problems. The electrode can be exchanged in a few seconds. Large, stable display with "low batt" indicator. 500 hours continuous operation from a standard 9V battery. Easy temperature compensation - just set the dial! Comes complete with carrying pouch and 2 bottles of buffer solution. Also measures redox - just fit a redox electrode, switch to "Redox" and measure.

Hand-held oxygen and temperature meter with NFC and Bluetooth technology
The Polaris C LDO Optical meter is an almost maintenance free meter for measuring dissolved oxygen and temperature. The meter is sturdy, easy to use and has an extensive longevity making it ideal for harsh conditions.Polaris C LDO can store up to 2500 complete set of data, including time and date stamps. The logged data can be stored either manually or automatically with the possibility to group the data into categories.
The stored data can be uploaded directly to Cobália using Bluetooth technology. Scan the Cobália NFC tag on the tank and all data will be uploaded to your “digital farm”. Tank specific data assigned to the tags will be stored in Cobália for analysis on temporal variation, generation of graphs and for multivariable analysis on performance.
The meter has a built-in self-check of all hardware, it compensates automatically for barometric pressure and it has a notably short response time. With this meter, you get the high-quality associated with OxyGuard technology and a product that will serve you well for many years.
The OxyGuard Polaris C Redox is a hand-held, pocket-size pH meter designed for use in demanding, wet environments for heavy-duty use. The meter itself and the electrode assembly are waterproof. This instrument does not suffer from the classical problems associated with pH/Redox meters – this Redox meter is sealed so that water cannot enter the top of the electrode or the electronics. You can drop it into the water without damaging it. In the Polaris C Redox these advantages are combined with microprocessor technology to provide an instrument that is exceptionally easy to use.
Measuring Range: +/- 1500 mV
The Polaris C Salinity is a hand-held instrument specially designed for aquaculture use. Factory calibration and automatic temperature compensation make it very easy to use. The display shows the salinity directly. Temperature is also measured and shown in the display.
The instrument incorporates automatic check functions to ensure reliability. The probe is designed to be as trouble-free as possible, with features specially suited for aquacultural use. Inductive technology is used so that you don’t have to worry about deposits on the surface of the probe – all you have to do is ensure that the hole in the probe is open and relatively clean.
The OxyGuard Polaris C TGP (Total Gas Pressure) is a hand-held gas pressure meter. It can operate in three modes, one where it acts as a standard Handy Polaris dissolved oxygen (DO) meter, one where it is a total gas pressure meter that shows pressures as percent saturation values and one where it is a total gas pressure meter that shows pressures as volume percentages.
The user can choose which value is shown in large figures in the display. This can, for example, be the percent saturation value for gases other than oxygen.
The instrument incorporates a data logger. Messages on the display, and menu functions, make the Polaris C TGP easy to use.
