The ODO/CT, probe and cable assembly features integral (i.e., built-in) optical dissolved oxygen, conductivity, and temperature sensors and is available in lengths up to 100 meters. It’s perfect for measuring DO in the following applications – estuary, wetland, coastal, aquaculture, or any application requiring accurate, real-time salinity-compensated DO measurements.
The ODO/CT assembly is compatible with the ProSolo, ProSwap, and ProDSS handhelds (sold separately). Pre-assembled ProSolo kits are available
The ODO/CT has all the advantages of optical dissolved oxygen technology – higher accuracy, less maintenance, no stirring required for accurate measurements, holds calibration longer than membrane covered sensors and is not susceptible to interferences from other gases.
Instrument setup is quick and easy with the integral sensors, which eliminates the need to install sensors before use. The digital technology of the ProDSS allows the handheld to automatically recognize connected sensors, so there is no need to tell the instrument what is connected.
The ProDIGITAL ODO/CT probe and cable assembly features include:
Integral (i.e. built-in) optical DO, conductivity, and temperature sensors that are auto-recognized by Pro Series handhelds, reducing instrument set-up time
Automatically compensates DO mg/L measurements for salinity; no need to enter salinity compensation values
Rugged Optical DO sensor cap with a 2-year warranty is pre-installed on new assemblies
Fits in a 1 inch well
The ProSolo ODO/CT kit includes the digital ProSolo handheld; an optical dissolved oxygen, conductivity, and temperature cable/probe assembly (4 or 10 meter cable length); and a soft-sided carrying case. The ProSolo handheld is the direct replacement for the ProODO Optical Dissolved Oxygen handheld.
OverviewODO® Sensor Technology Dissolved oxygen measurement technology has advanced from electrochemical sensors, such as polarographic and galvanic, to luminescent-based, optical sensors. YSI optical DO sensors are non-consumptive, meaning oxygen is not consumed during the measurement. As a result, there is no flow dependence or stirring required with ODO, allowing for the most accurate readings in the field. Advantages over electrochemical sensors include: Higher accuracy with no stir dependence Less drift over time; holds calibration longer Less maintenance; no membranes or electrolyte Real-Time Salinity Compensation With an integral conductivity module, the ODO/CT probe assembly enables the ProSolo to automatically compensate DO mg/L measurements for changes in salinity. The 4-electrode conductivity cell, designed for rugged field performance, is easily cleaned and requires minimal maintenance.
Technical InfoProDIGITAL Smart Sensors In addition to utilizing the most advanced DO sensing technology, the ProSolo incorporates smart sensor technology that enables sensors to be automatically recognized by the handheld. Additionally, DIGITAL sensors store calibration data, so probe assemblies can be swapped between handhelds without the need for re-calibration. Provides Years of Sampling for All Field Conditions The ProSolo handheld meets the demands of true field work with a rugged, waterproof case (IP-67 rated) and a military-spec (MS) cable connector. Rigorously drop tested from all angles, the handheld features a 3-year warranty, while a 2-year warranty is included with the probe assembly and ODO Cap. Advanced Data Management ProSolo includes KorDSS Software, a powerful data management program for easy 2-way communication between the meter and a PC. A unique data backup feature allows for the export of data to a USB flash drive (included) in csv format without having to connect to a computer. Convenient Sampling Experience Ergonomic handheld for a comfortable grip Easy-to-read color display and backlit keypad Large onboard memory with storage capacity for over 100,000 data sets Site ID and Data ID tag capabilities for data organization Data export directly to USB flash drive (included) Single cable design for probe assembly lengths ranging from 1- to 100-meters Long-life rechargeable lithium-ion battery that is user-replaceable Simple and quick calibration procedures

The ProSolo ODO/T kit includes the digital ProSolo handheld, an optical dissolved oxygen and temperature probe assembly (4 or 10 meter cable length), and a soft-sided carrying case.
OverviewThe ODO/T probe assembly pairs with the ProSolo Handheld to form a complete sampling system. Featuring integral, digital sensors, the ODO/T is plug-and-play which minimizes time spent on instrument setup. Pro DIGITAL technology allows the handheld to automatically recognize connected sensors, so there is no need to tell the instrument what is connected. Optical Dissolved Oxygen (ODO) technology is non-consumptive, meaning oxygen is not consumed during the measurement. Flow dependence is non-existent and no stirring is required, resulting in the most accurate DO measurements available from a probe. The ODO sensor is not susceptible to interferences from other gases, drifts less and holds calibration longer than membrane covered sensors. Maintenance is a breeze with a simple, threaded optical cap that is good for at least two years. The ProSolo Handheld features an easy-to-read color display, large capacity memory, intuitive interface, rechargeable battery, and powerful data management software (KorDSS) for powerful, yet convenient sampling experience.
