Multi-use washable sediment filter cartridge, manufactured from durable polyester fabric. In order to provide increased surface area and longer life, ACS-3 series cartridges are pleated around a polypropylene core. The core gives the cartridges additional strength. The end caps are immersed in a vinyl plastisol which fuses these components together acting as both an endcap and a gasket. Cartridges are characterized by excellent sediment absorption of sand, silt, rust and suspended solids from potable water. Sediment filter cartridge Aquafilter offers FCCEL cartridges suitable for POU (Point of Use) and POE (Points of Entry) installations. Through its polyester filter media, FCCEL series removes solids in suspension, protecting your water stream and enhancing a continuous supply of fresh and clean drinking water.
