This complete 7 stage reverse osmosis system is ready to install made by Aquafilter. Made of NSF and WRAS certified components. Due to the high membrane quality it is possible to purify up to 280 litres of water per day. Small micron rating 0,0001 µm, allows to remove most contaminants from water including bacteria and viruses. System is equipped with post filtration carbon cartridge (AICRO), which improves the taste and aroma of water and AIMRO mineralising cartridge, which enriches water with elements such as calcium and magnesium.Set includes: RX-RO6-NN system, FCCA, FCCBL, FCPS20 sediment filter,(one extra sediment filter 5 micron), AICRO, AIMRO cartridges and TFC-75F-AQM RO membrane, FXFCH5 faucet, feed water connector 1/2″, tubing, tank, instruction, and accessories.If your water pressure is less than 2.8bar, we recommend you choose the pumped system. ACS-1 series uses no resin binders, lubricants, antistatic or release agents or other chemical additives. The one-step manufacturing process continuously extrudes and thermally bonds pure polypropylene microfibres into a complex filter matrix. Cartridges are characterized by excellent sediment absorption of sand, silt, rust and suspended solids from potable water. Systems consist of Big Blue ® filter housings to meet all customer large-capacity filtration needs. The systems are dedicated for high flow, cold water on commercial and industrial applications. The housings are compatible with a 4 1/2” x 20" type cartridges widely available on the market. Filter housings consist of housing sump and filter head with 1" brass inlet/outlet inserts. Heads are equipped with a pressure relief valve (providing ability to release air bubbles collected during cartridge replacement procedure) and two pressure gauges (providing pressure drop monitoring). This configuration enables the measurement of the pressure drop at the inlet and outlet connections. Aquafilter FCPRA-10 10"Anti-scale cartridges filled with polyphosphate. Aquafilter FCPRA-10 Series cartridges are filled with polyphosphate, anti-scale and anti-lime media. Polyphosphate prevents scale by reacting with dissolved hardness minerals (e.g. calcium carbonate and calcium bicarbonate) and transforming them into harmless, microscopic crystals of calcium orthophosphate. These crystals stay suspended in water and will not create scale build-up in heating elements, pipes, water heaters, boilers, etc. Moreover polyphosphate helps to deal with iron and all the problems which it causes. Polyphosphates do not remove iron from water. Rather they stabilize and disperse the iron so that the water remains clear and does not produce iron stains. FCPRA-10 series filter cartridges require very little maintenance, no backwashing and no salt. The filters were designed such that water flows from bottom to top, ensuring a long contact time, allowing maximum performance. ACC-3 cartridges are designed such that where water flows from bottom to top ensures a long contact time, allowing for maximum adsorption and treatment. KDF utilizing redox reactions, kills or inhibits bacteria growth, converts chlorine to chlorides and removes iron, hydrogen sulphide and heavy metals (lead, arsenic, etc.). Used in combination with activated carbon, KDF can significantly extend the life of filter cartridges. Non-woven polypropylene creates a barrier that prevents filtration media from being washed out. Aquafilter offers FCCBKDF cartridges (FCCBKDF5, FCCBKDF-STO, FCCBKDF, FCCBKDF-L, FCCBKDF10BB and FCBKDF20BB) suitable for POU (Point of Use) and POE (Points of Entry) installations. Through an accurate combination of granular activated carbon (GAC) with KDF® media, FCCBKDF series improves the bad taste and odour of your drinking water by reducing the concentration of chlorine, organic compounds (VOC’s) and heavy metals (e.g. lead, arsenic, cadmium, mercury).
