The ODO/CT, probe and cable assembly features integral (i.e., built-in) optical dissolved oxygen, conductivity, and temperature sensors and is available in lengths up to 100 meters. It’s perfect for measuring DO in the following applications – estuary, wetland, coastal, aquaculture, or any application requiring accurate, real-time salinity-compensated DO measurements.
The ODO/CT assembly is compatible with the ProSolo, ProSwap, and ProDSS handhelds (sold separately). Pre-assembled ProSolo kits are available
The ODO/CT has all the advantages of optical dissolved oxygen technology – higher accuracy, less maintenance, no stirring required for accurate measurements, holds calibration longer than membrane covered sensors and is not susceptible to interferences from other gases.
Instrument setup is quick and easy with the integral sensors, which eliminates the need to install sensors before use. The digital technology of the ProDSS allows the handheld to automatically recognize connected sensors, so there is no need to tell the instrument what is connected.

The LR03 series Float switches, efficient liquid level detectors. They are simple to install and designed for trouble free operation over a long life. Actuation is via a roller ball and micro-switch arrangement within the switch thereby eliminating all heavy metals from this type. The float chamber houses the micro-switch arrangement, totally sealed within a polypropylene casing, with a single pole double throw action. The three-cored cable, connected to the micro-switch assembly inside the float chamber, is sheathed in CPE (chlorinated polyethylene) synthetic rubber. This cable is supplied in three standard lengths, 5metres, 10metres and 20metres ±5% of the length quoted. 3. The optional stabilizing weight may be fixed at any point on the cable using the rubber O-ring supplied. The weight is sealed within a moulded polypropylene housing.

The probe that you can purchase today is even better than the probe introduced in 1987 that helped revolutionize fish farming and make modern aquaculture the industry it is today.Today’s OxyGuard Standard Probe is hermetically sealed. If needed you can open it to replace the membrane and renovate it completely, but this should not be needed for many years.
The measurement stability of the OxyGuard Standard Probe is also very high indeed. A probe measuring in air will maintain accuracy even when subjected to a sudden 20 degree celcius temperature change. The sensitivity of a probe measuring in clean air at room temperature will remain the same for at least 3 years. This proves that the OxyGuard probe is not, like some other probes, affected by “ageing”.
OxyGuard believe that the OxyGuard Standard probe is more accurate, needs less attention and maintenance and has a lower total cost of ownership than any other oxygen or dissolved oxygen probe offered to the aquaculture industry today.
*Accessories are shipped with every OxyGuard probe. You will thus be able to change the membrane if you manage to damage it during installation. Otherwise the accessories can be enough for up to 5 years’ use.
